All programme content, materials, exercises, and website content are the intellectual property of Synaptik or its licensors. Participants are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials solely for the purpose of their own learning during the enrolment period.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or otherwise make available any programme materials to third parties without our prior written consent.

A completion record is issued for the AI Foundations Programme upon satisfactory completion of the programme requirements as defined at the time of enrolment. Completion records are not academic qualifications, do not confer accreditation, and should not be represented as such.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Synaptik's total liability to any participant or user arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall not exceed the programme fee paid by that participant.

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, infrastructure failures, or government actions.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Synaptik, its team members, and associates harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services in a manner not permitted by these terms.

13. Termination

Synaptik may terminate or suspend your access to a programme with immediate effect if you materially breach these terms, including but not limited to sharing programme materials without authorisation or engaging in conduct that disrupts the programme for other participants.

In the event of termination by Synaptik for cause, no refund will be issued. If Synaptik terminates a programme for reasons within its control (other than force majeure), a pro-rata refund will be provided.

14. Dispute Resolution

We encourage participants to raise concerns directly with us in the first instance by contacting [email protected]. We will aim to respond and work toward a resolution within 14 business days.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
